  • The ArtistArt is a reflection of the human experience of life and creation. Bill’s work often has an air of romanticism  and nostalgic reflection that grows out of personal memories and philosophical musing. His landscapes often reflect places he has experienced while his figurative work focuses more on reflections on the emotive passages of life. Although Bill would be considered a self taught artist, he prefers to think of himself as informally trained, attributing much of what he knows to observing other artists, their muses and works. Additionally, many artists have shared their knowledge and experience through books, magazine articles and the web. The influence of many of these artists in an extended community has shaped Bill’s own experience of life and creation.
